Greetings from Scottie Cochrane and Louis Middleman. Returning to Thailand for work and vacation had been a dream of ours since we were last there in early 2007. We were fortunate to do so in December, 2009 - January, 2010, when we spent Christmas in Chiang Mai & New Years in Bangkok. When Louie returned to Fairfax, Virginia, for his work as Senior Editor at Dewberry, I stayed on to teach and consult with my academic library colleagues in the Bangkok area.

Paimsuk with the librarians' little African Pigmy Hedgehog
He's had a stroke, so Mantana (his owner) brings him to work every day to take care of him. You can imagine he's the pet of all the animal lovers here.
